Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This app is provided by LudoMagus GmbH, located at Rudolfstraße 5A, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany.

Scope

These terms govern the download and use of the City Builder Idle mobile application on iOS and Android devices.

License Agreement

By downloading City Builder Idle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal mobile devices for personal entertainment purposes.

Restrictions

When using City Builder Idle, you agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Use automated tools to manipulate game progress
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

Pricing

City Builder Idle is available as a free download. The game includes optional rewarded advertisements and an optional in-app gem shop. All game content is earnable through regular gameplay without spending money.

Virtual Currency

Gems are a virtual currency within the game. Gems have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify gem pricing and availability.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudoMagus GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of game progress.

Data

City Builder Idle stores all game data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances. Consider backing up your device regularly.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
